Little Soles is a marketplace where parents buy and sell kids' shoes from each other. If you need help with your account, an order, or an LS Protect claim, reach out and we will take care of you.
How does buying work?
Find a pair in your kid's size, make an offer or buy at the listed price. Your payment is held until the shoes arrive and the LS Protect window passes, then the seller gets paid.
What is LS Protect?
Every order is backed by LS Protect. If the shoes never ship, or they show up not as described, you get a refund or a Little Soles credit. File a claim in the app within 3 days of delivery.
How much does it cost to sell?
Selling is free. No commission, no listing fee. You keep the full sale price. Buyers pay a small LS Protect fee at checkout, which funds the protection promise.
How do size alerts work?
Add your kid's shoe size to your profile and turn on alerts. When a matching pair gets listed, we let you know.
How do I delete my account?
Open your Profile in the app and choose Delete Account, or email us at [email protected] and we will remove your account and personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
